Children’s Privacy and COPPA Compliance

At Money Movez: Cook or Be Cooked, we take the privacy of children very seriously. In compliance with The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect, store, or share personal information from children under the age of 11 without verifiable parental consent.

 Important Notice for Parents of Children Under 13 In compliance with COPPA, children under the age of 13 must have parental consent to play Money Movez: Cook or Be Cooked. By providing consent, you acknowledge and agree that:    

• Your child’s personal information will not be sold or shared.                                                                    • Your child may safely use the app under your supervision.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that we may have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at info@moneymovez.org. We will promptly take steps to review and delete the information as required by law.

Third-party disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties a user's personally identifiable information unless we provide the user with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing the user, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release the user's information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.
